Our HISTORY
Quadrant 4 was incorporated in 2015, but our origins go back to 2007. We knew we could offer an integrated package solution for commercial customers in both the public and private sector.
Since our humble beginnings, we’ve become a strategic partner with the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning in Liverpool, having mapped a number of qualifications and careers within the military against the ITOL qualification matrix.
Our services can also provide customers with the cutting edge telecoms technology they need to progress in their fields. Now, with a number of blue chip companies using our services - whether that’s VOIP, support, or anything else - we’re looking ahead at the future, and at how we can help companies achieve their goals.

OUR staff
With a solid foundation of 20 years experience within the industry, Quadrant 4’s Director – Steve (Buzz) Burrows and Telecommunications Consultant are the key ports of call for our customers and clients.
We work alongside a number of accredited training partners, including Achievement Training Solutions in Driffield, The Training Domain in Ipswich, PTE Skills and North West Training Facility in Manchester, Kenaz Training and Celtic Language Academy in Cardiff.
All of Quadrant 4’s training courses are accredited through the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning. Everything that we deliver is accredited through that learning process, and any courses that we design and develop for customers can also be accredited if needed.
